Emotional Recovery and Processing of BirtH:
The emotional journey after birth is extremely important and often overlooked. I aim to build a compassionate, loving, non-judgmental space where you can process your birth experience, however it unfolded. Together, we can discuss your reflections, shifting identity and relationships, and work through any emotional challenges mental health concerns. Pregnancy, the birth process, and early parenting have a way of cracking you open emotionally which can bring deep feelings and other in-processed life experiences to the forefront. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and emotionally nourished as you navigate this liminal, transformative, and complex time. I also am here to support your partner or other non-birthing parent as they are navigating their own unique emotional journey.
